WPEasyForms does not need to copy ordinary form submission content to the WPEasyForms central hub in order to provide its agency-management and analytics features.

The exact information stored on an individual WordPress site depends on the site’s configuration and the features enabled by the site owner. Site owners are responsible for determining what information their forms collect and how that information is handled.

3. Information Sent to the WPEasyForms Hub

When a WordPress site is connected to the WPEasyForms hub, the plugin may send limited information needed to provide centralized monitoring, analytics, reporting, and site-management features.

Depending on the features enabled, this information may include aggregated or technical information such as:

• Form identifiers and configuration information.
• Submission counts and conversion information.
• Form performance and abandonment statistics.
• Validation and interaction statistics.
• Delivery or notification health information.
• Failure counts and other diagnostic telemetry.
• WordPress site and plugin information.
• Information necessary to identify the connected site within the agency hub.

WPEasyForms is designed to minimize the information transmitted to the central hub. Unless a feature specifically requires otherwise and is clearly described to you, the hub is not intended to receive the contents of ordinary form submissions such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or uploaded files.
