We got tired of 12 admins, a good version in Drive, and finding out the form died from the client.

WPEasyForms started with the form itself. Then came the obvious problem: if you maintain several client sites, building the form is only half the job.
You also need to know when something changed, when submissions stop, where people drop off, and what needs attention before the client asks.

We don’t need to replace everything.
WPEasyForms isn’t a replacement for GA4 or Clarity. Those tools do jobs we still want.
And it isn’t a rip-and-replace project for every live WPForms site you maintain. If a client’s existing form works, leave it alone.

WPEasyForms was built by Cyrus Shahbazi, a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin developer.
It started on our own client sites because the tools we had didn’t watch the form closely enough — and fixing the phone experience could mean building another version of the form.
So we built the pieces we kept needing: better form controls, smarter logic, reusable templates, and a hub for the sites that still need looking after.
Still on those sites. That’s the test.
